Q: How long have you been in Las Vegas Fencing?
A: I’ve been in business for over 34 years. I started from digging holes to fabrication, wood, iron, aluminum, vinyl, you name it. I’ve done it when it comes to fencing.
Q: How do you approach new customers?
A: When I come out to speak to a customer, I’m not out there just to sell them a new project. I’m not out there to sell the job. I’m going out there, to sell myself as a business owner in the industry.
Q: How do you work with your customers?
A: I like to get to know the customer. I want to make sure that the customer feels comfortable and happy with us as far as the repairs.
Customers will call and they may say either “I have a latch that’s broke or my gate is broke.” I get into detail, asking them questions about,
- Is it the gate?
- Is it your fence line?
- Is it a post?
- What type of material is used?
When they come back with their feedback, then we go from there.

Q: What’s your history working with other fencing companies in Las Vegas?
A: You know, out of all these years that I’d been in business, I’ve worked with a lot of good companies, a lot of great owners, growing up.
I was taught to take as much as you can from a customer, you know? But throughout the years of doing that, I’ve noticed that that’s not the right way of doing business. So my business technique is to look at it like this: I am the guy that’s a homeowner or business owner just like everybody else here, or whoever calls my businesses.
I’m here to save people money because you know what? I’m a homeowner. When somebody comes out to do some work on my property, I want the best price and the best quality. And then not necessarily, it’s got to be the cheapest or the most expensive, but you know what?
I want to make sure that I trust the person and know that he is doing a good job for me. And that’s what I do for my customers
